VOLUNTEERS THE DISTRICT NEEDS YOU AND WANTS YOU!
A variety of positions are needed to support this organization. We welcome any and all positive participation and recognize that your volunteer time is very limited and extremely valuable. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of all of our volunteers and know that involved members of our community help us operate more efficiently. In addition to Structure and Wildland Firefighters, First Responders and EMTs, we have a need for a variety of support personnel.
Please contact the Fire Chief or send him an email application if you have experience in the following areas:
- Media or technical support
- Mechanical or logisitics support
- US or UT Grant applications and management
- Disaster planning and preparedness
- Secretarial support or data entry
- Writing legally compliant policies and procedures
- Writing newsletters
- Web site management
- Business management and fund raising
- Fire prevention and education programs
- Assistance with station operation by greeting the public at the Reception counter or cleaning
